Traveling Squeaksters Montreal Edition

2 weeks ago we were in Montreal for the F1 race. The Squeaksters came with us, see photos below.

SUMMERTIME

Well my lack of posts reflects all my travels. I have not been home in several weekends. I would like to say I am keeping up with my project but that is not the case. On this Summer Solstice I can say I have not kept up with work everyday. I am still working on some projects but not daily.

Hopefully I will get up what I have been working on soon!

It is difficult...

...to work on projects outside of the office when you are traveling every weekend. I need a Tablet that takes Photos, Scans, runs Photoshop and Solidworks. That way I can work freely from anywhere with a light-weight easy to use device.

Plus since I have been traveling so much I only have 3 to 4 nights a week at most at home to get things scanned, formated and on here. I have been sketching a lot. Maybe I will switch over to sketching on my ipad that way I can upload them from there to here. Not a bad idea!

In the meantime. I will continue my travels. This weekend Montreal for Formula One!

On another note...

...I will be driving one of these all weekend!

Taking the next steps

I have slowed on the #designAday, while being very short of my 6 months of development goal I have concentrated on some strong ideas that need further development. The next couple of weeks I am traveling a lot so it will give me time to resolve these ideas further. Once they start taking form I will be posting the results.

See article below about development of products and on going projects.

V4 22 PTR Chair 2

This is the rendering for the PTR Chair 2 that I did the sketches for on V4 22. A more rounded version of my PTR Chair the molded plastic stack-able chairs.

Coming Soon...

U-Charge It: EV charging stations for public places
Beer Pedal Kart: Try and get a DUI on this
On the Fence: Gardening System

I am still working and doing an idea day but I am focusing on working through the good ones!

It's Money

This is a Plastic Money clip designed to be mass produced for either promotional use or multi packaged and sold at counter top (gas station, Walmart, etc...). The idea is the making the money clip less of a high end item and more of a basic usable item. It is also good because it doesn't set off metal detectors so you do not need to take your money out of your pocket when traveling.
