Got one...
... I am putting this here so I do not forget it. I am purposely being cryptic because I need to remember the idea this is the best place where I can access it again.
Needed:
-a good 3D modeler
-or I can sketch the first couple
-manufacturing pricing
-a place to sell them

Electric Vehicle charging stations
Major cities need to commit to less polluting systems from AC units to green spaces our cities need to interact with the environment better. I look at NYC as forward thinking city that is on the forefront for other large city policies.
I would love NYC to commit to electric vehicles from Taxis to Police cars this could greatly reduce New York City daily carbon foot print. Here is the problem in NYC and around America. There is no infrastructure for electric vehicles. Obama wants 1 million on the road by 2015 well with out charging stations will be dead on the road. These should be provided at minimal cost as an incentive for for buyers.
I decided I would sketch up a few concepts for NYC city developed charging stations that not only provide juice the cars but also improve the community that they are in.

Road America 2011 Group 2 Alfa Duetto
The Vintage racing at Road America was blast. But unfornuatly I did not get to race my car because something was wrong with. So my dad let me drive his.
This car would not run right:
My dad gave me his car to drive, that is what is in the video:
And we also rented a 2011 Camaro SS and it made a friend:

Fusion Aquarium Cleaning Tools
This was fun project I did for my company last year. It is line of Aquarium cleaning tools. The previous ones on the market were very rudimentary and ugly focusing on function not form. These bridge that gap and are selling very well.

Coroflot Feature Recognition
I have recently been notified by Coroflot.com the leading site for Design Jobs and Portfolios, that I had a project featured on June 30th. Coroflot features 3 projects a day from its users. It is always nice to receive this recognition from Coroflot. This is the 2nd time I have had a project featured. The Project that was featured was the Squeaksters my favorite lil guys. The on Wednesday July 6th I was notified that Coroflot.com would be featuring my portfolio as a portfolio of the week. Only about 2% of the portfolios on coroflot become featured. So this is even better news.

I want to thank Coroflot for the support and I will keep working hard to add fresh ideas to my portfolio.

So about Saturday...
...Well on Saturday when I was planning on doing a whole lot of work on my blog, I ended up going to Micro and Mini Car Show in Brookline MA. Which was awesome. I will steal some photos from my friend when he uploads them.
I did not get get my projects or my blog. I did get my racing videos from last week edited and on to YouTube. I will be at least adding a post about that very soon.
As for my Pedal Beer Kart I have been working on for NASCAR races and Electric Vehicles charging stations for NYC. I will get those sketches and entries up soon! I also I starting to think about a iPad stand specific for chefs and cooking.

Summer Hello...
What has been happening?
I got engaged. That is the biggest news! Lauren and I are so excited!
Just got back from the racing in a SCCA Super Sweep Double National in Colorado this weekend. I will make a full post about it with video from the races. In short it was crazy race weekend where I didn't quit achieve as much as I wanted but still had a great weekend.
When I got back to office and checked my personal design email I discovered that the Squeaksters were a featured project on Core77. Which is great news. I will make a post on that as well!
My garden is kicking butt despite me making mistakes. Some of which included picking the flowers off of my tomato plants, putting my tomato cages on upside down and not harvesting my Japanese Eggplant in time. A post and photos are coming soon!
I have been encouraged by a close friend to start a food blog, since it is something that I have a passion for. He thinks it would be better than just uploading the photos to Facebook. Maybe this is something for the winter, since this summer is so busy!
I plan to do a lot a work this weekend posting updates and what have you's. Some of the projects I have been working on, racing stories and anything else I can think of.
